1 Day On-location Food Photography

Join award winning food photography team DL Acken and stylist extraordinaire, Aurelia Louvet along with award winning photographer and restauranteur, Scott Usheroff (@cravingcurator) as we take over his brand new Montreal restaurant — La Spada - Osteria Romana — to bring the world of restaurant and on-location food photography to you. This 5 hour workshop will delve deep into the 4 pillars of on-location food photography and leave you prepared for whatever lighting/composition/styling/interpersonal situations you come across. Together we'll explore:

* setting up your on location shoot for success and working with chefs in a restaurant setting

* styling food for camera vs. menu

* on-location lighting tips and tricks

* propping on the go

* making the food ultimately crave worthy!
